Welcome to Sunnyside Property Owners Association website! Sunnyside is a picturesque community dating to late 1800’s, just east of the city of Fresno, California.

The SUNNYSIDE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION (SPOA), is a nonprofit volunteer organization focused on preserving the natural beauty of one of the oldest communities in the San Joaquin Valley of California. When visiting the Sunnyside community, you will view many historic estates, lovely homes and gardens, and newly constructed developments.

The purpose of SPOA is to foster and promote the development and improvement of the Sunnyside area of Fresno Country and City, and to act as the guardian organization of the Sunnyside Property Owners.
