MEMBERS
For over 65 years, the Sunnyside Properties Owner Association (SPOA) has worked to preserve, protect, and enhance Sunnyside by supporting educational Scholarships, a volunteer Citizens Patrol, the Fancher Creek Parkway, and beautification projects. Annual membership term is January through December. The dues are only $25 per year and include the SPOA newsletter. Consider joining one of the oldest and most active neighborhood associations in California.
